My "Universal Studios" Experience Was...
Hello everyone!
Today, we are going to spend a day at the Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida!
The day will be long, so let's get started!!
Me and my lovely friend, Claudia, arrived at the place around 9:00 AM. The weather was sunny and warm. It was a great day to explore and have fun. The place was overcrowded since the beginning of the day. So, let me tell you my friend that you need to keep in your mind that this is a life-time experience, thus it is 100% worthy to be patient and facing all the "difficulties" (tiredness, big lines, hot weather) with positive mood. Our journey lasted for 13 hours!
As long as you step in the place it looks like this 🠟🠟🠟
Everything looks so neat. It feels like you are part of a fairytale.
WHAT DO YOU MOSTLY NEED WHEN YOU KNOW THAT YOUR DAY WILL BE LOOOOOONG AND YOU WILL BE WALKING FOR MANY HOURS STRAIGHT?
FOOD 😎
So our first stop was at the delicious donuts shop.
Trust me, it was one of the few times that I ate 4 donuts with NO REGRETS!
Claudia and I tried to experience as many theme parks as we could do. Personally, the most exciting theme parks are:
- Harry Potter
- The Simpsons
- The SpongeBob
- Hollywood Boulevard
- New York's City Streets
- 3-D Motion Simulator Attractions of Harry Potter, Minions, Fast & Furious, Jimmy Fallon's Ride
HARRY POTTER
We needed around 3 hours to explore it. We decided to skip the ride, because the time of waiting was about 2,5 hours. Although we did so many things! First of all, we took many pictures having the castle as a background. We walked around the small town and visited all the stores. I suggest you to try the butter beer and visit the "magic - bookstore", maybe you will be the lucky one to get a magic wand for free! If you want to buy the magic wand or Harry Potter's robe, be prepared to spend around 75$ for the wand and 140$ for the robe. Everything is so realistic. Every spot plays Harry Potter's music and there is no way not to feel part of the story.
DO NOT MISS THE DRAGON THAT BREATHS FIRE!🔥
Except from the outdoor ride, the "Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure" (the one that we skipped), there are the "Hogwarts Express at Hogsmeade Station", the "Flight of the Hippogriff" and the "Harry Potter's Forbidden Journey". We experienced the three of them and it was unforgettably awesome! The "Hogwarts Express at Hogsmeade Station" takes you from the part A to the part B of the theme park. The "Flight of the Hippogriff" is a rollercoaster, not extreme at all, you have fun without feeling scared. However, the "Harry Potter's Forbidden Journey" is appropriate for the brave ones. It is the 3-D Motion Simulator Ride. The mystery, the darkness and Voldemort's appearance will activate your adrenaline to the fullest.
Last but not least, do not miss the chance to walk in the castle and enjoy all the magic that happens there. I was really surprised for all the technological effects. Whoever designed it.. "CONGRATULATIONS!"
When the sun goes down, you will be lucky to witness a magical view, as there is a firework show around the castle.
The Simpsons - The SpongeBob - Hollywood Boulevard - New York's City Streets
If you are a photo-lover, then visit all these theme parks and capture incredible moments!
DON'T FORGET THE 3-D MOTION SIMULATOR RIDES!
Such as, "Jimmy Fallon's Race Through New York"
We chose to eat at MEL'S DRIVE-IN. A beautiful place with vintage decorations. My old soul felt full in that room -except from my tummy 😄. The price of the products is overestimated, but you eat in the Studios, so it is kind of predictable! However, the burger was really good. I wasn't happy when we found out that we are not allowed to refill our cups from the fountain. All in all, I loved this restaurant for its aesthetic decoration!
My "Universal Studios" Experience Was... DEFINITELY AMAZING!
